Main configuration and performance
1.高频调压采用模块锁相环数字脉冲触发电路,三相不平衡度小于0.4%。
2.主回路采用晶闸管模块组件,不通水、体积小、可靠性高。
3.灯丝供电采用恒压器,稳压精度高,寿命长,节能显著。
4.灯丝栅极风冷式,隔直流采用大容量、高耐压云母电容。
5.整流变压器采用低损耗变压器。
6.输出变压器具有二维调节功能,使感应器与工件对中心极为方便。
7.设备具有过电压、过电流、欠水压保护功能。
8.控制回路具有软启动、稳压功能。
9.与数控淬火机床、内循环冷却系统组成成套设备,自动化程度,控制精度及零件热处理一致性和合格率高。
1. Voltage regulating with high frequency adopts modular phase-locked digital pulse trigger circuit.Unbalance degree of three-phase is lower than 0.5%.
2. Main circuit adopts thyristor modular. Water doesn't go through it It has small volume and high reliability.
3. Electric supply of filament adopts constant voltage device,which has high voltage stabilizing accuracy, long life and distinct energy-saving efficiency.
4. Filament rid adopts air-cooling. Blocking adopts large capacity and high voltage resistance mica condenser.
5. Rectifying transformer is low consumption transformer.
6. Output transformer has 2-dimensional regulating function, which makes center alignment of inductor and workpiece be easy.
7. This generator also has functions as over voltage, over current and protecting water pressure lacking.
8. Control circuit has functions as soft starting and voltage stabilizing.
9. Numerically-controlled hardening machine, inner circular cooling system and this generator constitute complete installation, which has high automaticity, high control precision, high consistency of component heat-treating and high percent of pass.
